Harrington discusses the Anaconda Company and its influence on Butte, mining operations, and Montana state politics. He describes the deregulation of electricity in the state and Montana Power Company lobbyists. He also talks about the Montana Constitutional Convention and the changes made to the constitution that affected the Anaconda Company.
