The Department of Integrative Physiology and Athletic Training at the University of Montana emphasizes all dimensions of health and human movement to enhance longevity and the quality of life. The department prepares students to study, learn, research, and promote the mental, social, spiritual, and physical aspects of healthy lifestyles. The research and creative scholarship by the faculty from the Department of Integrative Physiology and Athletic Training includes studies into community health, health enhancement, applied exercise science, professional exercise science, and athletic training.
