Abstract

This Master of Social Work (MSW) Portfolio includes a comprehensive narrative detailing both my personal and professional development. It highlights the learning opportunities and experiences that have shaped my understanding of the Five Elements of Advanced Integrative Practice and the Ten Competencies of Social Work. The accompanying appendices contain completed assignments from my MSW program, which substantiate the narrative and reinforce the objectives of this portfolio. Each assignment is directly aligned with the development of my proficiency in the core social work competencies. Some assignments reflect my first-year experience as a generalist student, providing a meaningful contrast to my advanced work in the second year.
