Abstract
The Annual Outlook Survey was conducted through an email survey invitation in mid-October 2018 with 333 businesses responding. Respondents answered questions regarding how business was for them during 2018, as well as their expectations for 2019. Respondents also assessed how relevant various business challenges were to them, using a 5-point scale.
