Description
This handwritten entry contains the initial drafts of "This Music Has Holes in It," which was published in Goedicke's thirteenth book of poems, The Baseball Field at Night. Goedicke also expresses concern that the United States will initiate a war against Iraq.

Patricia Goedicke, wife of author Leonard Wallace Robinson, was a poet and professor of Creative Writing at the Unviersity of Montana from 1981-2003. Goedicke authored 13 books of poetry from 1968-2008, the last book published posthumously.
