Description

Jeff Fereday describes his involvement with an inter-regional fire crew in 1968 and 1969. His discusses his experiences with a new man crew at McCall, Idaho, jumping in Idaho and Alaska, as well as the differences between the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and U.S. Forest Service jumpers in Alaska.
