Woven wool textile commemorating the XI reunion Interparlemataria Mexicano- NorteAmericana, 1971.
Knotted frayed wool. Commemorating international relations conference attended by Mansfield between 1969 and 1971.
The textile is woven wool with traditional Mexican designs on the ends. The center is maroon with a woven Image of Mansfield. Mansfield is surrounded by a border to resemble the American flag with a blue border with white stars in the upper portion and red and white stripe border in the lower portion
