Copy of the 1953 Pulitzer Prize cartoon by Edward Kuekes, printed in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, titled "Aftermath." The cartoon depicts two soldiers carrying a stretcher with an unidentified man. One man questions "Wonder if he voted? and the other responds "No... He wasn't old enough."
