Dance card for the Alpha Chi Omega Spring Formal Alpha Xi Chapter May 19, 1941. Booklet is a red plastic cover with a star cutout in the front revealing the crest of Alpha Chi Omega on a peal plastic sheet in gold ink. There are two gold metal rings holding the booklet together. White paper.
