Abstract
A book of poems entitled: There Will Be Waffles! It is split into five very different thematic sections. Section 1: Don’t Pet Burning Dogs and all the Things I’ve Said that Make You Leave Me. Section 2: The Sonnets from Your Mom’s House & the Surgical Accompaniment. Section 3: Interlude: After My Slight Coma Several Things had Changed. Section 4: To Undermine the Lyric: Letters from the Post-Savant. Section 5: Don’t Pet Burning Dogs and all the Things I’ve Said that Makes You Leave Me (Reprise).
