Abstract
This article discusses mediation settlement agreements that will withstand post-agreement "buyers remorse" by any of the parties involved. Using Kluwer v. PPL as a guide, the article offers suggestions on how to get the terms of a mediation settlement agreement into permanent form, written or electronic, which are legally significant to both the parties and the courts who may be called on to decide whether a deal actually occurred.
