Description

Ambassador Mansfield discusses the importance of the Japanese-American relationship. He discusses the trade problems that exist, making suggestions for changes in both countries. He closes his talk with an anaylsis of the importance of East Asia to the United States. A discussion on Japanese-Soviet relations by an unidentified group follows.
