Description

Vase is a long cylindrical shape with a wide opening. Vase flares slightly from the base. The vase is a dark grey in color with a lighter tan near the base. The inside of the vase is colored the same as the exterior. There is a small artist's stamp near the base of the vase. Vase is by Kosei Yamamoto, a contemporary Japanese potter known for his original reinterpretation of Edo period court pottery.
