Five Arita-ware cloisonné dishes. The dishes are long and narrow with dark blue Japanese maple or bamboo leaves against a light blue background that has ripples. The ripples are meant to resemble leaves floating in water. The edges of the dishes are brown and the bottom of the dishes have a hatched pattern with three feet.
