Description
Black lacquer wooden box. Jewelry box with inset flower motif. Fukushima Prefecture. Flower is a metallic orange in color with a mother of pearl center. Inside of the box is a dark purple velvet color. Opening the box, there is a raised tray with 3 compartments. Base of the box is also divided into three compartments. The key to the box is in the upper tray on a pink ribbon. The keyhole is a engraved silver.
