Description
Cinnabar Lacquer vase. Contemporary Chinese.
Red carving on black. Carving depicts a filigree pattern and flowers (peonies?) the filigree depicts a flower at the center of the scrolling design (lotus?) Inside of the vase is a blue coated metal. Rim is brass. Wooden stand does not fit the vase.
