Description

Yodufu Server, miniature wood carving by Hiroshi Miura, comprising a wooden box containing a charcoal burner, a ceramic bowl, a copper pitcher, and a rake.

Yodufu is a hot tofu dish. The box portion of the server would hold tofu with the rake used to break the tofu apart. The ceramic bowl would hold dashi and the copper pitcher would be to assemble the yudofu over the charcoal burner.
