Description
Woven bamboo letterbox. Lid detaches from base. The bamboo is stained a dark brown color and has a white-grey colored deposit at the weave points.
This letterbox was gifted to Mike Mansfield by Nagayoshi Wkiya, Mayor of Beppu City in 1979.
