Engraving print of "The Stone Wall," a hand colored rendering of the artist's idea of Montana near Great Falls. The engraving is in color, sticking mainly to cool tones and black. There are two deer in the foreground of the lower right corner with rock formations in the background, with a river running through the left side of the image.

The print is titled "The Stone Walls (Upper Missouri).

"Drawn after nature. For the proprietor Herrmann J. Meyer. Published for Herman J. Meyer. 164 William Str. New York"

This engraving was created as part of Meyer's Universum which was an illustrated travel series.
