Description
"Ando" miniature screen. The front is decorated with a plum design surrounded by birds and flowers outlined in silver on a red background. The back is made of silver incised with bamboo motifs.
This screen was gifted to Mike Mansfield by the Honorable Shiro Nakano, Chairman of the Lower House Budget Committee in Tokyo in 1978.
