Description
When the new constitution for the state of Montana was published after its ratification in 1972, it included an index compiled by the Allen Smith Company, publisher, which referenced topics to the article and section numbers. This index for the proceedings is based upon that constitution index, with additional and expanded headings to cover operation and proceedings of the convention, the biographies and committee assignments of delegates, and a broader topic index.
