Abstract
This map of the United States shows rates of cognitive difficulty by county. Rates are broken down into five categories ranging from 0% to 22.7%. Rates of cognitive difficulty appear to be higher (8.31-22.7%) in northern Maine, Appalachia, parts of northern California and southern Oregon, parts of New Mexico, and southern Nevada. Rates seem to be lower (0.0-8.3%) in Alaska, the Great Plains, and the Rocky Mountains. This map is part of the Disability in America Map Series.
