The Mansfield Library faculty newsletter, SNMIPNUNTN, is published twice each year. SNMIPNUNTN (sin-mee-pi-noon-tin) is a Salish word meaning "a place to learn, a place to figure things out, a place where reality is discovered." This name reflects the Salish land on which UM now sits and provides a nice description of the library.
