The Montana Tribal Law Collection provides access to digitized legal materials produced by the tribes of Montana. It includes a selection of historical constitutions, laws, treaties, and federal government documents organized by tribe. This collection will include materials formerly housed in the Montana Indian Law Portal. Access to those materials, while they are being migrated, can also be found online in the Montana Indian Law Portal Archive in the MT.gov web archive, provided by the Montana State Library.
