Wooden dance card in the shape of a stake. The front states "Transit Lines" and the dance numbers are made into station numbers. There are 20 lines to record dance partners. There is a pink painted pencil attached to the top of the card with a pink thread. Back of the card states: "Twelfth Annual Forestry Ball - Men's Gym - February 26, '26" Sheridan's Orchestra
