Abstract

Artist Statement: College is a structure and with any structure you must conform to the set norms. There are ways of countering these norms however you will always have to fit into the preconceived model to some extent. Tennis much like college has a very strict set of rules, behaviors and standards that you must uphold in order to play. What if you choose not to conform? What then? Are you ever not conforming?
