Abstract
In the Blackfeet Tribal Court of Appeals, the Court denied a Motion to Dismiss, filed by Glacier Electric Cooperative after Plaintiff, Williams, failed to timely transmit the record, although all other pertinent papers were filed. The Court determined that this inadvertent failure to transmit was timeless error, and thus excepts the record. Despite Appellants failure to timely transmit the record, the mistake was only discovered after the appellant brought the issue to attention himself. Motion to dismiss denied. See also: Williams v.
