Arthur Popham briefly mentions his early life, which includes attending law school at the University of Missouri and practicing law in Kansas City. He goes on to talk about other Boone and Crockett Club members he has sponsored and a hunting trip he took to Iran, during which he collected tissue specimens of different kinds of sheep for another member who was a biologist. Popham also discusses some of the presidents of the Club and what it takes to run the organization. He also discusses the functions of the Club and the importance of its activities that promote wildlife conservation and environmental protection. Popham goes on to describe heading the Club’s Fair Chase ethics committee, the relocation of the Club’s headquarters to Missoula, Montana, and his predictions for the Club’s future.
