Abstract
It has been the aim in this paper to present a study of growth and starch formation in leaves on various monosaccharide and disaccharide nutrient solutions; to evaluate these solutions as nutrient media; and to demonstrate the effects of varying two environmental factors, namely co2 and the color of light.
