Abstract
This study utilized a dominant/less-dominant research design to help determine if Heart Math« served as an effective intervention for work engagement, the antecedents of psychological capital, and positive work emotions in a Multi-National Company. The quantitative portion utilized both a non-experimental and experimental design, and the qualitative portion of the design explored emerging themes providing greater understanding to the overall results.
