Abstract
This portfolio demonstrates my development as a social work practitioner grounded in systems thinking, trauma‑informed practice, and collaborative crisis response. Across my coursework, practicum, and CIT coordination work in Missoula, I integrated theory with applied practice to strengthen cross‑system partnerships, advance equity, and promote psychological safety in high‑stakes environments. Collectively, these pieces represent the practitioner I am becoming, grounded in justice, accountability, and human dignity.
