Abstract
This portfolio demonstrates competency across CSWE social work domains through integrated academic and professional practice in Montana’s behavioral health system. Grounded in critical self-reflection, it outlines a theoretical orientation drawing from Jungian, Internal Family Systems, behavioral, and ecological frameworks. Key projects include stakeholder engagement, needs assessment, and the development of a trauma-informed care transitions program for individuals leaving inpatient psychiatric care. Emphasis is placed on equity, community collaboration, and client-centered design, particularly in rural settings. The portfolio also engages social justice, ethical decision-making, and emerging challenges such as AI in mental health, reflecting a research-informed, systems-oriented practitioner.
