Description
George “Jiggs” Dahlberg discusses growing up in Butte, Montana, during the early 20th century. He describes attending the University of Montana-Missoula [then called Montana State University] and becoming a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Dahlberg reminisces about regulations and traditions that existed on campus during the 1920s. He also talks about the social life in Missoula during his school years, and his job coaching football and basketball at various high schools in Montana and Washington after he graduated.
