Abstract

I will describe two IR projects, an undergraduate research conference and a faculty lecture series, that supported students and faculty during the pandemic. I will discuss why I was able to pivot quickly to tackle them and their significance for student success, faculty scholarship, the library, and the IR.

Following this session, participants will be able to:

  • Articulate how the IR can support faculty scholarship as well as student success
  • Understand the importance of building relationships for long-term IR success
  • Describe the multi-faceted value of the IR for various stakeholders and audiences
