36th Public Land Law Conference: October 1st & 2nd, 2015
The Editors and Staff of the University of Montana’s Public Land and Resources Law Review are pleased to announce the 36th Annual Public Land Law Conference, Transcending Boundaries: Achieving Success in Cooperative Management of Natural Resources. The conference will be held Thursday, October 1st and Friday, October 2nd, 2015 at the University of Montana in Missoula.
This year, our conference will examine issues in the governance and management of natural resources across international, state, and Tribal boundaries. Rather than review historic problems, this symposium will focus on creative and emerging solutions. The goals of this conference are to provide a national platform for the presentation of new scholarship, to highlight and examine significant current events, and to foster collaboration among some of the nation’s brightest legal minds. We hope these discussions will not only serve to inform future policy, but will also put on display a few of the recent successes that have been achieved in this field.
In addition to enjoying an enlightening fall weekend here in the northern Rockies, this conference provides a perfect opportunity to earn required CLE credits. On behalf of the Public Land and Resources Law Review, please accept our invitation to be a part of this nationally recognized forum. It would be our honor to have you join us.
