Resolution to honor the legacy and dedication of Elouise Pepion Cobell (“Yellow Bird Woman”) a Blackfeet Tribal member and advocate for the Blackfeet Nation, on her birthday, November 5th. This resolution is dedicated to her memory and longstanding work for Indian Country.
